Dr. Felicia A. Bell is the director of the Pink Parks Museum of the Troy University-Montgomery. Previously, she was assistant professor of history and Honors inaugural director at Savannah State University.

Dr. Bell has been a museum for 20 years working as a director of education and outreach at the U. S. Capitol Historical Society in Washington, DC and at the Coastal Heritage Society of Savannah, Georgia.

The Capitol Building, a consultant for museums, and developed a course in public history.

Dr. Bell earned a bachelor’s degree in history from the Savannah State University in 1998, a master’s degree in historical conservation at the Savannah College of Art and Design in 2002 and a doctorate in philosophy in US history at Howard University in 2009.
